Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. CobraDia runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Your collectors sign in with their email and password.
How does the client get the receipt?
When you record a payment, a “Send receipt via WhatsApp” button appears. WhatsApp opens on your phone with the message ready and a link to the receipt. It's free.
Is my data safe?
Each company's data is kept separate from everyone else's. Your clients' photos and documents aren't public, and the receipt the client sees never shows their ID, address or phone number.
Can I see where my collectors are?
Yes. While they use the app, the administrator sees each collector's last location on the map, along with the day's client route.
Does it work in my country and currency?
Yes. You can work in Colombian pesos, Brazilian reais, soles, Mexican pesos or US dollars, among others, and in Spanish, Portuguese or English.
What if I need more users?
The Free plan includes 3 users. When you need more, move to Basic or Premium without losing your data.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. In the demo you sign in as an administrator or as a collector and try everything with sample data. The data resets every night.
